Manchester Metropolitan U has a fine page that discusses many packages.

Harvard-MIT have one
page, and they use R (R-2.1.1 for Windows).

The OS3 Open Stats project seems good, too.

Visi-Cube looks really cool, too.

Since I've left Anasoft, long ago (end of 2004), I should have changed this blog to be for software then. Trying to make up for it now.

Software Projects is the new name.
